What is the Know Before You Go Campaign

Know Before You Go’ (KBYG) is an ongoing campaign with around 250 travel industry partners to help Brits to stay safe and healthy abroad.

Support British nationals abroad

Helping and advising British nationals abroad is one of our key services.
In 2006/07 we handled 2.9m enquiries from British nationals – from lost passports to victims of sexual assaults.
This was spread across our global network of 260 embassies, consulates and high commissions.
