UK in Algeria
These are exciting times to be British Ambassador in Algiers. After a number of years when the British presence in Algiers was at best subdued, we are starting to make our presence felt again. The Embassy website offers a lot of information about various aspects of our work in Algeria like:
UK foreign policy
The UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office has a new strategic framework to deliver its foreign policy goals.
Help for UK companies
A full range of UKTI services is available for companies who are looking to trade with Algeria.
Registering with us and important notices
We have set up a new improved online registration service called LOCATE for British nationals travelling or living abroad to register themselves with the FCO. We are confident that this new service will improve our ability to provide help in crisis situations and reduce delay and worry in times of stress for family and friends at home.
